I pride myself on quality workmanship and meticulous detail in providing visual beauty and practical applications to all of my works.

My Profile

I have always loved to view the transformation of sunlight into color through a prism.  Over the last thirty years, I have studied the masters of stained glass, and acquired an understanding of how windows can provide the same light transferring properties, on a larger scale, while providing soothing and enjoyable visual beauty. I hope some of my work demonstrates the elegance of glass in providing design, privacy, and sunshine, to you as well.

Schumacher Art Glass specializes in building unique stained glass pieces using both leaded and copper foil techniques.  Designs include hanging windows, window inserts, cabinet door inserts, floor and window screens, and beveled glass entrance doors. My hand crafted works make a perfect addition to any decor, and add a touch of sophistication to homes or offices.  Works can be assembled utilizing your own personal design, replicated vintage designs, or by creating original designs, as desired.  With every project, I am available to assist in developing colors, textures, and techniques suitable to each specific requirement.
